Guests on the album include Daniel Lapp on violins and cornet and Fats Kaplin on accordion, banjo and fiddle. Choice cuts on Phantom Threshold include the trippy and atmospheric "Cozy Corner", the majestic ""Twig Bucket", the funky in the pocket jam "Ol' Brushy", the spaghetti western vibe title cut "Phantom Threshold", a totally psychedelic take of the Beach Boys' "You Still Believe In Me", the outstanding "Tripledream", and the laid back island feel of "That's How It Goes In The Relax Lounge".
